We’re different from most RC flying clubs (or other kinds of clubs, for that matter) in that we really don’t hold meetings.

Whatever business we need to conduct generally gets done at the field when we’re out there to fly. Occasionally we may also use email and phone calls to discuss issues that come up from time to time. It’s done only on an as-needed basis, and honestly, we don’t have a lot to discuss. Our main business is to fly and have fun, not to hold meetings.

We do hold one (1) actual meeting every year, usually in January or early February, so that we can sit down together over pizza and discuss club business without the distraction of flying.
